Invoices with VeriFactu for WooCommerce, right inside your own WordPress
FSync Invoice Pro turns every order into a PDF invoice and a signed, chained invoicing record. Sent to the AEAT in VeriFactu Mode, or kept on your site in Local Mode. No middleman platforms and no per-invoice fees.

Your invoicing never leaves your server
Most VeriFactu solutions for WooCommerce are an external service you send every sale to, and that charges you per document. Not this one.
Everything runs inside your WordPress
PDFs, invoicing records and the hash chain are generated and stored in your own installation. There is no third-party API your sales pass through and no per-invoice fee. The plugin only goes online for two things: sending records to the AEAT if you choose VeriFactu Mode, and checking your licence and downloading updates.
You choose how to comply
The RRSIF (Royal Decree 1007/2023) allows two routes: submit each record to the Tax Agency in real time, or keep it locally with cryptographic guarantees that it cannot be altered. The plugin implements both and lets you switch between them following the rules of the regulation.
What it does, order by order
From sale to compliant invoice, without you lifting a finger.
Automatic invoice
Generated when the order moves to “processing” or “completed”. You can also create it manually from the order whenever you need to.
Branded PDF
Logo, tax details, VAT breakdown, optional IRPF withholding, and configurable notes and footer.
Sequential numbering
Your own series in the PREFIX-YEAR-NNNNNN format, with a counter that never leaves gaps.
AEAT QR code
Every invoice carries the verification QR code for its mode, so your customer can check it.
Signed and chained record
SHA-256 fingerprint chained by NIF and series, plus XAdES electronic signature in Local Mode. Any altered record is detected.
Submission to the Tax Agency
Registration via SOAP with your FNMT digital certificate, against the test or production environment.
Corrective invoices
Issue corrective invoices linked to the original, each with its own record and chain.
Automatic email to the customer
The invoice goes out with the PDF attached, using WooCommerce's email system and your SMTP.
Batches, ZIP and CSV
Bulk actions, mass ZIP download, PDF regeneration and CSV export for your accountant.
Integrity and event log
Daily hash-chain verifier and a log of system events, as the regulation requires.
HPOS and two languages
Compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage. Interface in Spanish and English.
Automatic updates
New versions appear under Plugins just like any other plugin. One click and you're done.
VeriFactu Mode or Local Mode
Both comply with the regulation. The difference is whether the AEAT receives each invoice at the moment it is issued.
The AEAT receives every invoice as it is issued
- Real-time submission of the registration record via SOAP
- Requires an FNMT digital certificate (representative or individual)
- Test environment to validate everything before going live
- VeriFactu verification QR code on the PDF
- Retries and queueing if the AEAT service goes down
Nothing is sent: the guarantee is cryptographic
- Records signed with XAdES and hash-chained
- Immutable storage for four years
- Invoicing system event log
- Verification QR code for non-VeriFactu invoices
- No need to send every sale to the Tax Agency
Switching from Local Mode to VeriFactu can be done at any time; going back from VeriFactu to Local only on 1 January, at the start of the tax year. During the voluntary period you can switch freely. The plugin applies these rules for you and warns you before every change.
One payment and you're done
No monthly fee, no mandatory renewal and no invoice counting.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a digital certificate?
Only for VeriFactu Mode, because it signs the submission to the Tax Agency. Local Mode needs no certificate: immutability is guaranteed by the XAdES signature and the hash chain the plugin generates itself.
Does it rely on any external service to invoice?
No. The invoice, the PDF and the record are generated inside your WordPress and stored in your database. If you choose VeriFactu Mode, the plugin talks directly to the AEAT, with no intermediaries. It also contacts our licence server to validate your key and download updates.
When does VeriFactu become mandatory?
It is mandatory from 1 January 2027 for companies (SL, SA) and from 1 July 2027 for the self-employed and individuals. Until then you can adopt it voluntarily and switch modes freely.
Can I try it first on a test site?
Yes. Your staging installation is registered as such and doesn't use up your production site's activation. VeriFactu Mode also has a test environment against the AEAT pre-production system, so you can validate everything without issuing anything real.
Does it work with HPOS and my theme?
Yes. It is compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage and doesn't depend on your theme: it works on WooCommerce orders and emails.
Does the licence include updates?
Yes. It's a perpetual licence for one site: while it's active you receive plugin updates straight in your WordPress dashboard, including those responding to regulatory changes.
Can I move the plugin to another domain or server?
Yes. The licence is tied to one site, so if you move domains or rebuild your installation, write to us and we'll release the previous activation so you can activate it again.
