Built-in legal invoicing

Common questions
What happens if the internet goes down?
Nothing: you keep taking payments as normal. FactuSync POS runs on your own equipment, not in the cloud. The VeriFactu records are stored and chained on your till and sent automatically to the AEAT as soon as the connection returns, as the regulations allow.
Do POS receipts have to comply with VeriFactu?
Yes. A receipt is a simplified invoice and Royal Decree 1007/2023 requires it to be generated by a certified invoicing system, with a chained record and QR code. FactuSync POS does this automatically on every sale.
Does it have a table map?
Yes. You draw the floor plan of your venue — dining room, terrace, bar — and place the tables wherever you want. Each table has its own open bill and you see occupancy at a glance. Ideal for bars and restaurants.
Do I need a digital certificate?
To send the records to the AEAT, yes. If you don't have one yet, our installation service helps you obtain and install it. In the meantime you can work in local mode or against the AEAT test environment.
Do you install anywhere in Spain?
The FactuSync POS software is sold and activated online throughout Spain. The complete installation service with hardware (touchscreen terminal, printer, scanner, cash drawer) is done on site in the province of Tarragona.
What hardware do I need?
A Windows PC and, if you want, a touchscreen, thermal printer, barcode scanner, cash drawer and scale. You can use what you already have or ask us for the complete equipment installed.
Can I issue a full invoice to a customer?
Yes. From «Todayx27s receipts» you can convert any receipt into a full invoice with the customerx27s details (tax ID, address). You can also issue refunds and credits as corrective invoices.
How many tills can I use with one licence?
One licence per POS. If you have several tills, you need a licence for each one. Ask us on WhatsApp about multiple tills.
Is it the same as FactuSync?
No. FactuSync is the small-business management software (invoicing, quotes, contracts, purchases, expenses, Stripe payments, stock, reports). FactuSync POS is the cash register for sales to the public. They share the same VeriFactu technology.
