What we have seen is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Deadlines that keep moving<\/strong> every few months, sometimes with very little notice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical requirements that change<\/strong> or are interpreted differently depending on the source.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Software companies forced to develop<\/strong> against a specification that might never become final.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Confused users<\/strong>, not knowing whether to adapt now or wait.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This lack of legal certainty on the part of the State has had a real cost: <strong>it has pushed us, and a large part of the industry, to focus effort and resources on the wrong technology<\/strong> while the calendar kept shifting beneath our feet. Development time that could have gone into improving the product for customers was spent chasing a moving rule.<\/p>\n<p>We are not saying that invoice traceability is a bad idea. We are saying that the way it has been executed has been so unstable that it is hard to trust it will ever land.<\/p>\n<h2>Our answer: stop waiting and start building<\/h2>\n<p>We are not going to keep waiting on the Official State Gazette. We have decided to build a product that <strong>delivers value to your business regardless of what the regulations decide<\/strong>.
